The Noches del Botánico Festival will be holding its tenth edition in June and July 2026 at the Alfonso XIII Royal Botanical Garden, located at Madrid Complutense University. It is a series of concerts for summer evenings and nights, where a selection of national and international artists will be performing. The 2026 edition will be counting on the presence of groups and artists like Rick Astley, Diana Krall, ZZ Top, Biffy Clyro, Danny Elfman and Zaz, among others.
In June and July, this natural space at Madrid Complutense University’s Botanical Garden will be the venue for the multi-faceted festival in which generations and styles (jazz, Latin, flamenco, rock and pop) will come together, making eclecticism its cover letter and becoming a not to be missed musical event for summer nights.
Not only on the musical side, but also in terms of the connection with nature in a unique setting in the city, as the concerts of your favourite artists can become an unforgettable experience, enjoying every day of the programme, from 7pm on summer evenings in the Botanical Garden at Madrid Complutense University.
In 2026, the festival will be celebrating its tenth anniversary in style with a line-up that stands out for its eclecticism, diversity and deep love of music in all of its forms. This journey brings together generations, styles and sensitivities to create unique nights.
In this edition, the audience will be able to reconnect with nostalgia thanks to British pop icon Rick Astley, who was behind hits like Never Gonna Give You Up and Together Forever ; or with rock in its two most powerful forms, thanks to American blues rock and hard rock band ZZ Top and Scottish rock group Biffy Clyro . Contemporary sensitivities come with the American singer, Ethel Cain ; the energy of blues rock with Alabama Shakes ; the elegance of jazz with Diana Krall ; and electronic magic with French electronic music composer and performer, Jean-Michel Jarre .
They will be joined by the Mexican composer and singer-songwriter Silvana Estrada ; Brazilian artist, Mari Froes ; and Zaz , a French singer-songwriter who combines French song and gypsy jazz. The programme will celebrate the creativity of cult artists with the participation of American composer, Danny Elfman , who created soundtracks, such as Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Sleepy Hollow and Dark Shadows , among others.
The festival energy will come with the sound of several bands, such as the indie rock and indie pop group Two Door Cinema Club from Northern Ireland or the Scottish indie pop group Belle & Sebastian , among others.
National talent will play an essential role in the festival, with performances by Rigoberta Bandini , Lia Kali , Ginebras and Love of Lesbian , all of which are references on the Spanish music scene.
