The Sinfolírica Foundation presents the 23rd edition of the Grand New Year's Zarzuela Gala on 30 December in the Symphony Hall at the National Music Auditorium On this occasion, the sopranos, Carmen Salís and Graciela Moncloa head a great line-up of musicians, along with the tenors, Javier Camarena, Celso Albelo, Moisés Marín and Antonio Vazquez.
The UCAM Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Borja Quintas, will accompany the large cast of artists who want to participate in this special recital. The sopranos, Carmen Salís and Graciela Moncloa; and the tenors, Javier Camarena, Celso Albelo, Moisés Marín and Antonio Vazquez.
They will all be accompanied by the Cultural Association ‘¡Chotis siempre Madrid!’, Rondalla Lírica de Madrid, Orfeón Donostiarra and Ballet Estampas de Zarzuela. Popular zarzuela pieces can be heard at this concert, such as La Revoltosa, La Chulapona, El Barberillo de Lavapiés and La Rosa del Azafrán, among many others.
