From 5 to 7 December, Only YOU Boutique Hotel Madrid is bringing together a number of brands that share its values, offering people a unique experience to participate in creative workshops and discover hand-made items that make perfect gifts as we celebrate the holiday season.
This Christmas Market features a carefully curated selection of artisan and designer brands showcasing their latest offerings, perfect for those seeking unique, sustainable and meaningful gifts. Visitors to the market will be able to discover and purchase an exquisite selection of products in this wonderfully inspirational and festive environment that celebrates creativity and contemporary handmade excellence.
Each brand will bring its own universe, sharing its unique philosophy, approach and expertise, reflected in every item. Truly special objects designed to amaze and inspire, the very essence of meaningful gift giving.
The brands taking part include: Jimenas, the footwear and accessories brand 100% designed and made in Spain; Le Touquet, hand-made jewellery inspired by nature and the world of flowers, shaped by the architectural vision of creator Paula Canellada; Ki Ceramics with pieces created by Mariki Ortiz; Eiko ai, offering high-quality, ethically-made, limited-edition pieces; and Eleven People, a studio from Asturias that sells hand-made aromatisation products inspired by nature.
This market is a unique opportunity to discover and buy handmade, sustainable, designer gifts, perfect for this Christmas. You can also take part in Christmas workshops lasting between two and two and a half hours, including a special Christmas cocktail.
Christmas workshop times:
Friday 5 December
- 10:00 am – Eleven People (€90): Participants will learn how to create their own scented solid air freshener using soy wax. These air fresheners are ideal for perfuming drawers or wardrobes, where they can be hung using a length of cotton ribbon to enjoy their scent. Each participant will design their own fragrance and hand-decorate the air freshener with botanical elements.
- 1:00 pm – Madrid Flower School (€115): Workshop to make Christmas-inspired floral arrangements.
- 6:00 pm – Cristina Velasco Mora (€90): Workshop where you can learn to make paper Christmas decorations, bringing creativity into your festive traditions. You will make three different Christmas decorations using various traditional paper crafting techniques, such as folding and shaping.
Saturday 6 December
- 10:00 am- Eleven People (€90): Workshop to create scented solid wax air fresheners.
- 1:00 pm – Idoia Cuesta (€100): Bracelet braiding workshop using strips of leather shaped around a mould. Using Kurdish and Spanish knot weaving techniques, you will make two different bracelets, choosing the colour and width you like the most.
- 6:00 pm - Catalina Rodríguez Villazón (€90): Watercolour workshop to design Christmas cards and personalised place cards.
Sunday 7 December
- 10:00 am – Eleven People (€90): Workshop to create scented solid wax air fresheners.
- 6:00 pm – Mónica Muñoz (€55): Exclusive Christmas ceramics workshop where you paint and personalise Christmas baubles. Each participant will take home two unique ornaments.
