Located at the tallest hill in Vallecas, in San José, you can see this hollow 15-story tower that contains 252 apartments. Built by architects Elías Torres and Juan Antonio Martínez Lapeña, it was designed as social housing meant for cheap rentals.
Cirular, spiral-shaped tower open in the northeastern part is 45 meters tall and includes an interior patio. From its top floor (considered the highest point of the town) you can see the road to Colmenar to the north, Cerro de los Ángeles to the south. The views of Madrid are incredible from any floor due to the height of the hill he building is situated on.
