This skyscraper—also known as Torre Foster—is located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area financial district and was designed by the renowned British architect Norman Foster.
Standing at 248 metres, it's the second tallest building in Spain, after the Torre de Cristal, which is also in the Cuatro Torres Business Area. The tower has 49 floors, all used as office space by various companies. Its name has changed with successive owners: Torre Repsol until 2007, Torre Caja Madrid until 2013, Torre Bankia until 2014, and Torre Cepsa until 2025.
In 2017, it was acquired by Amancio Ortega, the owner of INDITEX (Zara, Pull&Bear, Bershka, etc.).
