Inaugurated in 2003, in the former Amaya cinema, the theatre can seat up to 627. In addition to large-scale theatre productions, musicals and shows for the whole family, the Teatro Amaya hosts exhibitions of painting, photography, etc., in a bid to open its doors more to the culture of the city.
In addition, given its excellent location and its size (over 2000 m2 spread between the lobby, the main auditorium, and two floors) it can also be rented out for all types of corporate events, workshops, presentations, filming, etc...
The theatre has spaces reserved for people in wheelchairs.
