The Retiro neighbourhood is home to this cake shop, which sells winning desserts in competitions, pies and delicious pasties. The simplest pastries are exquisite here thanks to the care with which they are made by the maestro pastry chef, José Fernández-Ramos, expert in chocolates and owner of Pastelería Nunos for more than a decade.
