Located in La Guindalera neighborhood, this bakery and coffee shop offers a wide range of bread, cake and savory products made locally. All of them are gluten-free and many are lactose-free as well.
This large shop has a large counter showing all the products they make locally and several tables where you can enjoy their products. The big windows provide plenty of natural lighting and also show the baking and preparation of the products they sell.
The same company, that opened their first bakery in Alcalá de Henares, is very involved with persons with celiac disease and creates project to educate and promote knowledge about celiac disease and gluten-free diet.
