Located in the district of Chamberí, in a building that was an actual dairy (vaquería) until the 70s, we find this restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine, another project launched by the Zamora family, the owners of Celso y Manolo, and La Carmencita, also in Madrid.
Open throughout the afternoon and evening, this restaurant focuses on product-based cuisine, with market recipes and an international accent, including dishes such as griddled octopus with curry, Italian antipasti, veal ossobuco croquettes, and fried squid from Santander. You can also buy the ingredients they use to make their dishes in the restaurant itself, recovering the concept of the traditional grocery store.
