The Salamanca District is the chosen place for La Única Group to present its succesful and  innovative culinary proposal based on the fusion of charcoal grilled Mexican and Mediterranean flavours, following its success in Mexico and Colombia, countries where La Única is present.

Fine dining and a fun atmosphere forms part of La Única offer, a full culinary experience where an after-dinner chat can be enjoyed with music by a DJ and the day can be rounded off with a cocktail or a long drink.

The menu consists of a wide range of dishes from the sea and the land inspired by regional cuisine from the north and the Pacific coast, in addition to a selection of cocktails and long drinks. 

The establishment’s decoration by the Archarray Group, with interior design by Alejandra Pombo, stands out for its lighting of charcoal textures in order to create a cosy atmosphere.
