With Madrid chef Javier Muñoz-Calero at the helm, former partner in the Azotea Group, this restaurant in the neighbourhood of Prosperidad, housed in an old leather factory, offers classic international cuisine made with seasonal ingredients, accompanied by a good selection of wines.
Spread over 700 m2, this restaurant is divided into two floors. The space is open plan, with skylights allowing natural light to flood in. At the entrance there is a bar with several high tables, and at the back there is an open kitchen behind glass. The restaurant can accommodate around 40 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a space with just one table, which can be reserved as a private area, as well as a courtyard with another table.
The menu is short, composed of dishes with traditional flavours taken from Basque, Swiss Catalan, Thai and French cuisine, among others, that change over the year. The restaurant has three tasting menus: Ovillo, Madeja and Tirar del hilo. You can order a variety of snacks and tapas at the bar.
It has received a number of awards and distinctions, including one Repsol Sun, a Spanish Hospitality Award in the category of Company Committed to Social Responsibility and the World’s Best Callos 2022. It has also been included in the Michelin Guide.
