Malaga-born chef Dani Garcia, awarded three Michelin stars for the now defunct Dani Garcia Restaurant, is bringing his successful steakhouse to Madrid, breaking away from stereotypes by combining innovation, tradition and outstanding products in the best way. Leña and Smoked Room, also managed by Garcia, are the two new culinary options at the Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid hotel.
Just like its sister restaurant in Marbella, the gastronomic offer at Leña is based on the theme of fire, flame-grilling, and smoky flavour, with a balance between technique and respect for the product. The menu consists of dishes that focus on quality ingredients and their versatility when cooked over an open flame, with a personal touch and clear international influences. From the most traditional flame-grilled pieces to the most iconic international recipes, the restaurant offers a wide variety of proposals created by Dani Garcia.
The interior design has once again been designed by Astet and Neolith, as is the Malaga restaurant. The decor combines wood and brick, creating a warm, minimalist, and simple space.
