This project by Roberto Cabrera, with Ricardo Álvarez at the helm in the kitchen, aims to recover the traditional flavours of Spanish cuisine by incorporating modern techniques that conserve and enhance the natural flavour of vegetables.
La Huerta de Carabaña is divided into two different areas, each of which is identified with a different gastronomic concept. The restaurant, located on Calle Lagasca, offers elegant dining with dishes featuring ingredients from the vegetable garden, such as peas, artichokes, and moruno tomatoes, in addition to wild fish and mature meat. The Bistro is located in Calle Jorge, offering a more informal eating experience. It is open from first thing in the morning, so you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, as well as a wide variety of rice dishes, barbecued meat, stews, and vegetables at lunchtime.
