Located in the elegant neighbourhood of Rios Rosas, this small restaurant opened in 1989, and its essence has remained unchanged since then: traditional market cuisine with a modern twist, made using the finest ingredients and cooked with care and exquisite taste. The Michelin Guide has recognised its quality by naming it a Bib Gourmand restaurant.
It has a charming dining room and private area, both contemporary in their design, in which diners can enjoy a menu that is renewed each season, as well as its tasting menu, designed so that clients can explore the dishes that are most attractive to them.
The food is complemented by a select wine list that includes more than 100 references, offering immense variety and quality, including red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.
