Located within an old hardware store founded in 1888 on Calle de Atocha, this restaurant serves modernised versions of traditional Spanish dishes, made using premium quality ingredients. It also stands on the site of a former old coal house from the sixteenth century.
There is a lobby area where you can enjoy an aperitif, and which leads into an area with high and low tables, and food prepared in a wood-burning stove. The ground floor has several vaulted rooms that can be booked privately, with exposed brick walls. It also has a special room for events.
The menu at Ferretería is composed of dishes designed for sharing, fish, meat, vegetables and homemade desserts. It also serves a selection of cocktails and a variety of wines.
