Both, standing at the bar or sitting at a table, you can taste their interesting suggestions served as pinchos, tostas and raciones in this restaurant located in the Salamanca district. We must highlight: venison marinated in wine, thyme and oregano; ‘pata negra’ tomato salad with tuna belly filets; pickled quail and duck ham salad; stewed oxtail; black pudding or ibérico ham croquetas; baby squid simmered with onions; white shrimps from Huelva; callos Madrilenian style; cod ‘Fogón’ style, eggs ‘Trifón’ style… For dessert we recommend goat cheese ice cream with quince jelly or sweet olive cheese cake. Food can be paired with one of the more than a hundred references from their wine list. It is a small place that gets crowded quite easily. Friendly and attentive service.
