Rosi la Loca

The La Cabra Loca restaurant group created this extravagant and fun restaurant-bar, which opened in 2015, offering a wide variety of cocktails and Mediterranean fusion cuisine perfect for tapas. Its colourful decoration and the original glasses in which cocktails are served, inspired by the cartoons of Alice in Wonderland, always create a stir.

Its drinks menu consists of an original proposal of cocktails, sangrias and a selection of wines.

For the food menu, Rosi la Loca’s executive chef is Javier Alfaro, who is responsible for preparing astonishing dishes both in terms of their flavour and presentation.
