Very close to Madrid’s Plaza de Callao is this café and chocolate shop owned by Valor, a popular, centuries-old brand of chocolate from Alicante. Its star product is hot chocolate with churros, which you can enjoy all year round.
The establishment, decorated in a classic and simple style, has various marble tables and wooden chairs, as well as an outdoor terrace. It has three floors, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and an area for the sale of chocolates and other chocolate products.
The menu offers a wide range of chocolates, ice-creams, slushes and diverse cakes, as well as coffee, juices and milkshakes and a full brunch with sweet and savoury options. It also offers a take away service for chocolate with churros.
Valor has more chocolate shops in Madrid, at No. 43 Conde Peñalver; No. 25 Paseo de las Acacias and No.54 Cea Bermúdez.
